Personal information is collected directly from you during registration, login, or use of our services, or from third parties where permitted (e.g., employers for work-related data). We hold information securely on Australian-based servers using measures like encryption (AES-256), access controls, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Purposes for Which We Collect, Hold, Use, and Disclose Personal Information

We collect and use your information to provide services such as user authentication, asset management, work distribution, and compliance reporting. Sensitive information like vaccination records is used only for legitimate purposes, such as ensuring safety in work assignments. Access to and Correction of Your Personal Information

How to Make a Complaint

If you believe we have breached the APPs, you can complain by contacting our Privacy Officer at info@qore.au or via our Contact page. Provide details of the complaint in writing. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days, investigate, and respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.
